Furthermore, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states that heart disease and cancer are the leading causes of death in the United States, accounting for more than half of all deaths annually.

 

Investing in good health and wellbeing not only improves individual lives but also has significant economic benefits. The OECD Health at a Glance 2019 report reveals that countries with a higher life expectancy tend to have higher per capita income levels.

 

Thus, prioritizing good health practices, such as regular exercise, a balanced diet, and avoiding unhealthy habits, is crucial for overall wellbeing and a prosperous society.
